About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and position Cisco networking solutions that meet customer business needs
- Develop assessment and service solutions for CDW customers
- Collaborate with customers, delivery, and internal sales teams
- deliver consultative guidance and plan sales strategy
- Analyze technical and competitive considerations
- Maintain strategic relationships with customers, internal sales & delivery management
- Act as a subject matter expert in multiple families of products and solutions
- Drive outreach initiatives, technical enablement projects, coaching, and mentoring for other SAs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in technical, pre-sales, or post-sale delivery role
- 9+ years of experience in technical, pre-sales, or post-sale delivery role
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Cisco enterprise networking architecture is required
- Industry knowledge and domain expertise
- Team collaboration and leadership
- Customer-focused approach
- Solution design and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25% or as needed
- Experience with Arista or Juniper networking platforms, a plus
