About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a primary legal advisor on a broad range of employment law matters.
- Partner closely with Coworker Success and business leaders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on employment law issues.
- Drive and support employment law compliance efforts.
- Support employment litigation strategy in partnership with in-house litigation counsel.
- Provide guidance on classification, pay equity, and incentive plans.
- Provide employment law support for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant employment law experience.
- Active law license in good standing.
- International employment experience (preferred).
- Experience supporting technology or sales-driven organizations (preferred).
