Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a primary legal advisor on a broad range of employment law matters.
Partner closely with Coworker Success and business leaders.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on employment law issues.
Drive and support employment law compliance efforts.
Support employment litigation strategy in partnership with in-house litigation counsel.
Provide guidance on classification, pay equity, and incentive plans.
Provide employment law support for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant employment law experience.
Active law license in good standing.
International employment experience (preferred).
Experience supporting technology or sales-driven organizations (preferred).
