Sales Contact Center Representative
CDWSales Contact Center Representative assisting customers with technology solutions via phone and digital channels. Engaging in inbound and outbound sales while driving exceptional customer service.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage customers across phone and digital channels to support sales and service needs
- Provide best-in-class customer service while identifying opportunities to support customer needs through technology solutions
- Act as a trusted CDW ambassador, delivering professional, solutions-oriented interactions aligned with the CDW Way
- Accurately document customer interactions, orders, and account activity using internal systems and tools
- Collaborate with internal partners including Customer Relations and other SCC teams to resolve customer needs
- Meet or exceed assigned individual and team performance metrics, including sales, service, and quality goals
- Maintain awareness of and alignment with internal sales, service, and operational processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of call center experience
- 1+ year of sales experience
- Strong interest in customer service and/or sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented, structured environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Professional phone and written communication etiquette
- Basic computer proficiency; Microsoft experience preferred
