About the role

  • Lead enterprise implementation projects involving multiple workstreams, geographies, and third-party partners.
  • Develop, present, and maintain detailed enterprise-level program plans, roadmaps, financials, and executive dashboards.
  • Facilitate executive steering committees, ensuring transparent communication of status, risks, issues, and financial performance.
  • Anticipate and manage interdependencies across technical, operational, and business teams to ensure project success.
  • Negotiate and manage scope changes with executive sponsors, ensuring proper documentation, financial impact analysis, and change order processing.
  • Ensure strict compliance with regulatory, contractual, and industry requirements in delivery.
  • Codify lessons learned and contribute to the PMO’s strategic evolution.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and represent Mission Cloud/CDW in strategic forums.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive project/program management experience
  • 5+ years in enterprise-scale engagements ($10M+ budgets, multi-year timelines, global scope)
  • Proven success in delivering complex technology/cloud transformations
  • Strong executive stakeholder management experience
  • Advanced financial acumen
  • Expertise in multiple methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
  • Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent required; Agile/Scrum certifications strongly preferred
  • Strong familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong track record in risk management, contract oversight, and large-scale change control
  • Master's degree (MBA, MS in Information Systems, or related field), preferred
