About the role
- Act as a Partner Ambassador to provide a best-in-class onsite experience to partners
- Assist with onsite partner operational requirements including building access, network access, and navigation
- Deliver an excellent customer experience with both internal and external customers
- Maintain knowledge of CDW’s go-to-market strategies
- Manage, track and communicate on key milestones of assigned initiatives in a timely manner
- Maintain partner contact database accuracy through proactive update requests
- Provide feedback to support improvements with third party software providers
- Document best practices specific to the area of responsibility
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years sales/marketing experience, OR 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or CDW PPM
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Self-motivated with a history of working independently
- Ability to build and maintain working relationships
- Proficient in multitasking and identifying priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in the technology industry.
