About the role
- Partner with business units to surface pain points and opportunities for AI agents.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and prototypes.
- Act as a trusted consultant and guide for stakeholders on AI possibilities.
- Rapidly design and deliver version-one AI agents tailored to business unit needs.
- Collaborate with AI Engineers, data teams, and platform teams to ensure scalable solutions.
- Document, test, and refine agent solutions based on feedback and adoption.
- Train and mentor coworkers within business units to become AI agent builders themselves.
- Develop playbooks, best practices, and lightweight training materials.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning.
- Explore emerging AI models, tools, and frameworks; bring forward innovative applications.
- Continuously evaluate how new AI capabilities can solve real-world business challenges.
- Advocate for responsible and scalable use of AI across the enterprise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of product management, consulting, or technology experience OR 11 years of product management, consulting, or technology experience.
- Strong background in solution discovery and rapid prototyping.
- Demonstrated history of partnering with business units to identify opportunities, facilitate solution discovery, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements for technology initiatives.
- Proven track record of acting as a consultant to internal teams, guiding the adoption of new technologies and leading workshops or consultations to explore use cases for AI.
- Curiosity and passion for experimenting with AI models and tools; quick learner who thrives in ambiguity.
- Strong skills in communication, influence, stakeholder management, and relationship-building to drive consensus and adoption of AI-driven solutions.
- Working knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, frameworks, and tools, with the ability to evaluate and experiment with emerging models and technologies for practical use.
