Project Manager

• Leverage experience, skillset, and methodologies to ensure clients' solutions align with their strategy
• Independently manage medium to large sized projects, adhering to CDW’s project management processes
• Validate initial project scope and estimates
• Track project budgets and resources
• Manage actuals vs. planned hours and report project financials to stakeholders
• Negotiate changes to achieve stakeholder satisfaction
• Gather information, determine impacts, and document mitigation steps
• Ensure all items defined in the CDW Statement of Work are delivered
• Perform quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
• Establish, monitor, adjust, and communicate tasks and associated schedules
• Manage equipment, software, licensing, and outside services procurement and delivery schedules
• Hold all project team members accountable for their scope of work and schedule commitments
• Instill trust with clients by building strong relationships with stakeholders
