About the role
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures for product area(s)
- Serve as primary point of contact for customer supplemental registrations
- Prepare, submit, and monitor applications for supplemental registrations and label updates with regulatory authorities
- Ensure customer/3rd party agreements/documentation meets internal (Arxada Quality Management System) and external compliance standards
- Liaise with regulatory agencies, business stakeholders, and customers to ensure timely approvals and resolve issues
- Support internal and regulatory agency audits
- Clearly communicate in a timely manner and ensure all client interactions are professional and empathetic
- Execute process improvement initiatives
- Use CRM/Salesforce or registration tracking software to manage registrations
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Strong understanding of US EPA regulations
- Knowledge of Arxada registrations and offering
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks
- Attention to detail with strong organization skills
- Passion for delivering first-class service
- Strategic thinker
- Excellent networking and communication skills
- Ability to negotiate both internally and externally - often at higher levels
- Naturally collaborative with a proven ability to partner and influence others at all levels of the organization
- Ability to digest large, complex volumes of data and summarize for dissemination
- Strong analytical, planning, and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with CRM/Salesforce or registration tracking software a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
