About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement and execute local sales strategies for Arxada’s MCS product portfolio to maximize profitable growth
- Develop and drive new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships
- Prepare and deliver robust business plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across Purchasing, R&D, Regulatory and Quality functions, including engagement with senior management
- Demonstrate sales excellence through accurate forecasting, opportunity pipeline management, and market and competitor analysis
- Coordinate customer needs and market intelligence internally with Technical Support, Regulatory, R&D and Marketing teams
- Represent Arxada at trade shows, conferences and industry events across South East Asia
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Science, Chemistry or Engineering
- Min. 10+ years extensive experience in sales within the chemical manufacturing sector, ideally in microbial control or technical sales
- Strong commercial background within Home Care, Personal Care or Professional Hygiene markets
- Proven ability to build and sustain relationships at all organizational levels, internally and externally
- Business-fluent English required; fluent Bahasa Indonesia preferred
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across South East Asia as required
