About the role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare distributors, procurement teams, and disinfectants manufacturers
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in territory
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support customer needs and product positioning
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts using appropriate tools

Requirements

  • Proven experience in selling disinfectants or hygiene solutions within the healthcare sector (minimum 2–3 years)
  • Strong knowledge of infection prevention protocols and healthcare regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field preferred
  • Existing network of contacts within healthcare distributors and disinfectants manufacturers preferred
  • Experience with tender processes and institutional sales
  • Familiarity with product registration and compliance in healthcare markets
  • Fluent in English (and German preferred).
