About the role
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare distributors, procurement teams, and disinfectants manufacturers
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in territory
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support customer needs and product positioning
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts using appropriate tools
Requirements
- Proven experience in selling disinfectants or hygiene solutions within the healthcare sector (minimum 2–3 years)
- Strong knowledge of infection prevention protocols and healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field preferred
- Existing network of contacts within healthcare distributors and disinfectants manufacturers preferred
- Experience with tender processes and institutional sales
- Familiarity with product registration and compliance in healthcare markets
- Fluent in English (and German preferred).
