Monthly billing of all jobs (Internal and External ERP Systems)
Review and obtain all supplier lien waivers to match billing requirements
Maintain approval process of Subcontractor Invoices to meet client billing deadlines as well as lien waiver confirmations
Weekly and Monthly AR Review and Tracking Maintain all applications of Cash Receipts daily and align payments to existing AR
Review, analyze, and post, Change Work Awards, Change Orders, and Time and Material tickets into ERP System
Monthly tracking review and payment of all taxes
Perform all job start and job close out entries into ERP System
Review, approve, code, and submit all Accounts Payables into ERP system
Reconcile monthly company accounts of suppliers and vendors
Maintain month end processes, journal voucher entry, and key indicators for Denver Office
Support Project Manager, Project Teams, Controller and Office Management with financial needs of the office as requested
Attend and participate in all required company training
Promote and support all company policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

3-5 years of commercial construction experience in project accounting or project controls
Experience with Penta is a plus
Ability to read and interpret contract documents, work in progress reports, operating income statement, general ledger accounts, and balance sheet
Knowledge of construction budgets, scheduling, and defined deadlines
Strong leadership and management abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of organization and multi-tasking skills
