Monthly billing of all jobs
Review and obtain all supplier lien waivers
Maintain approval process of Subcontractor Invoices
Review, analyze, and post, Change Work Alerts, Change Orders, and Time and Material tickets into ERP System
Support project manager, project teams, accounting team, and office management with financial needs of the office as requested
Assist in job cost reporting as directed by the Controller
Assist in Accounts Receivable billings and collections
Perform weekly payroll functions
Attend and participate in all required company training
Promote and support all company policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

2 year college associate degree
1 - 2 years of commercial construction experience in project accounting or project controls
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Knowledge of Payroll and General Ledger
Experience with Penta
Ability to read and interpret contract documents
Knowledge of construction budgets
Knowledge of scheduling and defined deadlines
