Analyst

• Collaborate closely with Service Managers and Service Delivery Leaders to ensure all services delivery in accordance with established policies, processes, and procedures.
• Maintain direct communication with both internal and external clients.
• Work to agreed service level agreements (SLAs), supporting ITIL functions and assisting with the escalation process.
• Manage client expectations and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service.
• Engage with all CDL support teams, fostering positive relationships and demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Stay informed about CDL’s evolving technologies and services.

Service Analyst

QA Engineer

• To be involved in the entire Software Delivery Lifecycle.
• To build, maintain and improve automation test frameworks.
• Work with the delivery team to turn requirements into fully automated test sets.
• Provide detailed metrics from the automated test results.
• To prevent the creation of defects in our software.
• To work proactively with the team to instil quality into our product, processes & practices.
• To embed modern testing approaches as a part of a whole-team responsibility for quality.
• We’re looking for a QA Engineer to join our ranks. With a strong collaborative focus and a drive for continuous improvement, you’ll be a key part of the Delivery Team as they work to implement features to delight our customers.
• You’ll be an experienced QA Engineer, with a strong automation testing background, and a desire to iterate, innovate, and instigate quality-driven approaches and processes.
• You’ll know a variety of automation test tools and technologies, specifically API and UI levels of the automation test pyramid.
