Business Development Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Serve as a trusted partner to customers, enhancing their experience with CDL services
- Identify opportunities to expand services and increase patient access to Cardiac PET
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements focused on long-term value
- Manage and oversee accounts throughout the full lifecycle of each agreement
- Ensure successful implementation and ongoing delivery of services
- Respond promptly to customer needs and effectively manage escalations
- Collaborate across teams to support customer success and business growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client-focused roles
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to deliver solutions that meet client needs
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to travel up to 75%
