Nuclear Medicine Technologist – Regional Staffing Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead regional staffing operations
- Manage day-to-day clinical staffing functions, including scheduling, workforce planning, and operational coverage across the region
- Drive recruiting and retention efforts
- Partner with recruiting and operations to identify, attract, and retain top clinical talent
- Oversee staff development and training
- Develop training plans, support continuing education, and ensure clinical staff maintain required competencies
- Manage team performance and engagement
- Conduct performance reviews, address employee concerns, and promote a positive and professional team environment
- Collaborate cross-functionally
- Work closely with Regional Directors of Operations, the National Staffing Manager, and recruiting teams to align staffing with business needs
- Support clinical operations and quality standards
- Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, adherence to protocols, radiation safety standards, and overall quality of care
- Serve as a regional field leader
- Visit client sites as needed to support staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain strong relationships with clinical teams and physicians
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree in Nuclear Medicine required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Active NMTCB or ARRT certification required
- Minimum of four years of experience in nuclear cardiology/PET, with leadership and staffing management responsibilities
- Strong clinical knowledge combined with the ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage change, handle conflict, and operate effectively in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel regularly to support clinical sites and team members
