About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead regional staffing operations
  • Manage day-to-day clinical staffing functions, including scheduling, workforce planning, and operational coverage across the region
  • Drive recruiting and retention efforts
  • Partner with recruiting and operations to identify, attract, and retain top clinical talent
  • Oversee staff development and training
  • Develop training plans, support continuing education, and ensure clinical staff maintain required competencies
  • Manage team performance and engagement
  • Conduct performance reviews, address employee concerns, and promote a positive and professional team environment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally
  • Work closely with Regional Directors of Operations, the National Staffing Manager, and recruiting teams to align staffing with business needs
  • Support clinical operations and quality standards
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, adherence to protocols, radiation safety standards, and overall quality of care
  • Serve as a regional field leader
  • Visit client sites as needed to support staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain strong relationships with clinical teams and physicians

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree in Nuclear Medicine required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Active NMTCB or ARRT certification required
  • Minimum of four years of experience in nuclear cardiology/PET, with leadership and staffing management responsibilities
  • Strong clinical knowledge combined with the ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage change, handle conflict, and operate effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel regularly to support clinical sites and team members
