Director of Business Development
CDL Nuclear TechnologiesDirector of Business Development focused on building relationships in hospital systems for CardioNavix. Responsible for negotiations and client management in a remote capacity.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive Hospital System Growth Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital systems, IDNs, and GPOs to expand CDL’s presence nationwide
- Acquire and Expand Accounts Identify new business opportunities, negotiate agreements, and expand utilization within existing hospital customers
- Negotiate contracts, oversee implementation of terms, and manage accounts throughout the full contract lifecycle
- Proactively enhance the hospital customer experience while ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnership stability
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and internal stakeholders to support new product offerings and strategic initiatives
- Develop a deep understanding of CDL’s business model, performance metrics, and evolving hospital market dynamics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred
- 3–5 years of hospital-based sales and negotiation experience, including IDN and GPO exposure
- Demonstrated success managing complex client relationships and delivering client-focused solutions
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho, along with strong MS Office skills
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Self‑motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
