Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years’ experience
Substantial experience with complex contract agreements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree preferred
Active bar admission in at least one state preferred
Basic understanding of business concepts and desire to learn more
Prior technology-based experience
Exposure to data privacy issues
Familiarity with intellectual property law
