About the role
- Provide analytical and administrative support for compensation and benefits programs
- Participate in compensation surveys and benchmark roles
- Drive core processes such as various compensation approvals and maintenance of job architecture
- Support compensation training and implementation of year-end merit & bonus cycles
- Compile, manipulate, and analyze compensation data, including running ad hoc reports
- Maximize Workday compensation and benefits utilization and design of statements and reports
- Provide input to the development, implementation, and maintenance of company-wide Total Rewards offerings
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize HR capability and system accuracy
- Conduct analysis and develop metrics to determine effectiveness of wellness initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business, Finance, or a quantitative field
- 1+ years of benefit experience preferred
- 1+ years of compensation experience essential
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated proficiency with complex spreadsheets as well as some consulting with internal HR stakeholders
- Analytical mindset complemented by strong problem-solving skills and detail orientation
- Excellent organizational and project management skills and the ability to proactively plan large bodies of work ensuring milestones are met
- Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively, creatively, and use own judgement
- Experience handling highly confidential information
