💰 $32 - $39 per hour

About the role

  • Perform Daily functions using WFM device to update service and installation cases.
  • Receive and accept service and install cases
  • Update ETA information within specified ETA guidelines
  • Log times using WFM timer functions
  • Create and Update Parts Requests as required
  • Close and Updates cases including any Asset Changes
  • Perform Asset Inventory of client sites as required during installs
  • Troubleshoot and Repair Wired LAN
  • Troubleshoot and Repair WANs
  • Master Spooler procedures
  • Wireless Site Survey (Active/Passive)

Requirements

  • Drivers License is required
  • Associate’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Industry Standard PC & Network Certifications
  • Familiarity with CDK's org structure, solutions, implementation and service models
  • Some automotive knowledge (Areas of the dealership and Dealer workflows)
