About the role

  • Lead a sales team to achieve budgeted sales quota
  • Supervise a team of 5+ Account Development Executives
  • Monitor performance and achieve financial goals
  • Develop, motivate, and counsel staff

Requirements

  • 4 year college degree or equivalent experience

  • 7-9 months of job related formal Sales training
  • 1-3 years of outside B2B sales/including new business development
  • Experience in automotive industry required
