Manager, Talent Development

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define, organize and oversee Talent Development activities across all campuses
- Translate the School’s strategic directions into concrete action plans
- Establish an operational roadmap for the Talent Development department
- Ensure consistency of programs across campuses
- Structure, formalize and enforce quality standards
- Implement control processes and continuous improvement measures
- Ensure an appropriate level of innovation in line with the School’s strategy
- Manage the department’s activity based on a workload plan
- Provide operational management of the team
- Contribute to the definition of the operational communication plan
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, HR, Project Management or equivalent
- Proven experience (minimum 15 years) including managerial responsibilities
- Knowledge of EdTech platforms and digital HR tools
- Experience in a business school, university, career center, HR or recruitment is a plus
