About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage educational innovation projects from conception through evaluation
Design and implement innovative teaching and learning strategies
Research and introduce new educational tools and technologies, including AI-based solutions
Support the strategic development and implementation of a Competency-Based Approach to education
Collaborate with faculty and academic programs to develop and deliver professional development programs
Maintain continuous monitoring of new trends in pedagogy and educational technology
Evaluate the impact of implemented pedagogical innovations
Collaborate with academic and technical partners
Provide direct line management for a team dedicated to educational innovation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in educational technologies and project management tools
Understanding of higher education issues and context
Ability to structure, prioritize, and manage a portfolio of projects
Team management and skills development experience
Master's or Doctorate (e.g., Educational Sciences, Educational Project Management)
Knowledge of innovative pedagogical models (blended learning, Competency-Based Approach, etc.)
Fluent English
