Key responsibilities & impact

Structure, steer and mobilize the global alumni network into a sustainable, measurable engagement ecosystem that generates value.
Map existing alumni communities by program, cohort, geography and sector.
Define a clear governance framework that respects the distinct identities of each entity while promoting cross-cutting synergies.
Design a unified digital platform that provides dedicated spaces for each community within a shared core.
Implement scalable engagement journeys tailored to alumni professional life cycles.
