About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the execution and adoption engine of the Transformation office
- Manage the enterprise initiative roadmap
- Build and maintain enterprise dashboards and tracking systems
- Partner closely with executive sponsors
- Lead the end-to-end execution of priority initiatives
- Design and institutionalize a consistent change management approach
- Define and track adoption metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business-related field (Master’s degree a plus)
- Minimum of 5+ years of related experience in change management, project management, or operations
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Monday.com experience preferred
