About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Schedule meetings with clients and internal project teams and maintain the team’s shared calendar
Help with onboarding new CCS Analytics projects
Manage the updates and distribution of sales, marketing, and education materials
Assist with the compilation and distribution of the team’s performance metrics to senior leadership
Assist with the compilation and distribution of benchmarking data
Plan and execute conferences and retreats by coordinating logistics, ordering materials, ensuring booth setup is complete, partnering with Marketing, and supporting all aspects of event planning
Create reports as needed to address requests from regional teams and senior leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience in an operational or coordinating role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple small tasks while staying organized and focused
Comfort working with Microsoft Office Suite of tools, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
One to three years of relevant experience in a professional setting
