About the role
- Manage and oversee projects rooted in data challenges
- Advise on how information is gathered, entered, and used
- Help clients ask the right questions of their data
- Contextualize and illustrate gaps between client information infrastructure and best-practice functionality
- Assess client systems and processes to support high-performing fundraising programs
- Develop business processes and standard operating procedures
- Evaluate the integrity and flow of data in complex organizations
Requirements
- Experience working with Salesforce as an administrator and/or developer
- Technical proficiency to recognize, scope, and design optimal data management methods
- Understanding of systems architecture best practices and data governance
- Familiarity with data analysis and working with large data sets
- Understanding of the data life cycle from entry to insight
- Experience interacting with stakeholders at various levels across departments
- Outstanding organizational skills
