National Account Executive

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively identify and target large-scale, multi-site, and national construction clients
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers across operations, procurement, HR, and executive leadership
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution
- Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to deliver scalable staffing solutions
- Expand existing CCS customer accounts by increasing spend, project penetration, and geographic coverage
- Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning and labor strategy
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across trades and regions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in a long sales cycle, B2B environment
- Proven ability to hunt new business and grow existing accounts
- Demonstrated ability to hold executive-level conversations and influence senior decision-makers across operations, procurement, and executive leadership
- Ability and willingness to travel nationally 40–60% based on client needs, project schedules, and business development activities
