About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Recruit job applicants to fill hourly, classified, professional, and technical job openings
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must have at least 1 year of related recruitment experience
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Understanding of referral programs
  • Strong organizational approach with attention to detail
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound judgement
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
  • PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
  • PA Department of Education FBI
  • Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
