About the role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate within Orbit Farm.
- Guide new customers through onboarding processes, ensuring they understand and can effectively use our solutions.
- Monitor customer accounts, track usage and performance, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with technical support and operations teams to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by anticipating needs and delivering proactive support.
- Provide regular updates to management on customer health, engagement metrics, and potential risks.
Requirements
- 2 - 3 years experience in customer success, account management, or related roles (preferably in SaaS or technology services).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable learning and explaining technical solutions to non-technical users.
