About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage communities according to governing documents, management agreements, and contracts
  • Communicate proactively and clearly with boards of directors, vendors, and the internal team
  • Prepare budgets, make timely payments, and complete monthly financials
  • Follow internal processes for timely and accurate completion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a facility, property, or community manager
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word Suite
  • Financial acumen and competency preparing budgets
  • Ability to project a positive image of the company consistently
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while handling routine interruptions
  • Strong team-player orientation and willingness to help and assist others
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
