About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Travel to corporate locations, communities, board meetings, client sites, and industry events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or community management
  • Track record of high performance in new business development
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Must be willing to travel weekly as needed for on-site meetings, board meetings, and sales presentations
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, motor vehicle check, and credit check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Superior relationship-building skills
  • Strong financial acumen relevant to the economic impact of community management
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to move freely within office environments, travel through airports, conduct on-site walk-throughs, navigate stairs, walk moderate distances, and access various properties
