About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the company’s strategic growth initiatives and drive new business opportunities within the HOA management sector
- Partner with Marketing to conceptualize and execute lead generation strategies
- Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline to exceed new business targets
- Establish and nurture relationships with HOA boards and community leaders
- Understand prospect needs and deliver customized strategic solutions
- Lead professional presentations communicating CCMC’s value proposition
- Direct negotiation and closing of complex contracts
- Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging market opportunities
- Partner with leadership and Marketing, Community Operations, and Resident Experience departments
- Mentor and lead a growing sales team while driving cross-departmental collaboration
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or community management
- Track record of high performance in new business development
- Willingness to travel weekly as needed for on-site meetings, Board meetings, sales presentations, and related activities
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, motor vehicle check, and credit check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior relationship-building skills
- Strong financial acumen relevant to the economic impact of community management
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Adherence to sales strategy and management of CRM as a single source of truth
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and accountable
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive innovation, and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to continuous improvement and performance metrics
- Ability to mentor, inspire, and lead a growing sales team

- If driving is required, must hold a valid state driver’s license for the vehicle class, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits
- Ability to occasionally lift and transport materials weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move freely within office environments, travel through airports, and conduct on-site community or property walk-throughs in various weather conditions
- Ability to sit for long durations and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with laptops, smartphones, and other digital tools
