About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the company's strategic growth initiatives and drive new business opportunities within the homeowners' association management sector
- Oversee the development and execution of sales strategies

- Direct negotiation and closing of complex contracts
- Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging market opportunities
- Partner with leadership and Marketing, Community Operations, and Resident Experience departments
- Mentor, inspire, and lead a growing sales team
- Drive cross-departmental collaboration and sales initiative execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or community management
- Track record of high performance in new business development
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Must be willing to travel weekly as needed for on-site meetings, Board meetings, sales presentations, and related events
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, motor vehicle check, and credit check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior relationship-building skills
- Strong financial acumen relevant to the economic impact of community management
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to lift and transport materials weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Ability to move freely within offices, travel through airports, and conduct on-site community or property walk-throughs in various weather conditions
- Ability to navigate stairs, walk moderate distances, and access various property types
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
- Ability to sit for long durations and stand for extended periods
- Frequent manual dexterity for typing, mobile device use, and handling presentation materials
- Proficiency with laptops, smartphones, and other digital tools
