About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Marketing to conceptualize and execute lead generation strategies.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline to exceed new business targets.
  • Establish and nurture trusted relationships with HOA boards and community leaders.
  • Lead professional and compelling presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Direct the negotiation and closing of complex contracts.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Partner with leadership and departments across Marketing, Community Operations, and Resident Experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or community management.
  • Track record of high performance in new business development.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel weekly as needed for on-site meetings at corporate, communities, Board meetings, sales presentations, etc.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, motor vehicle check, and credit check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Superior relationship-building skills
  • Strong financial acumen relevant to the economic impact of community management
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adherence to sales strategy and management of CRM as a single source of truth
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and accountable
  • Confident in navigating ambiguity and driving innovation
  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal tact
  • Adaptable with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
