About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Marketing to conceptualize and execute lead generation strategies.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline to exceed new business targets.
- Establish and nurture trusted relationships with HOA boards and community leaders.
- Lead professional and compelling presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Direct the negotiation and closing of complex contracts.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging market opportunities.
- Partner with leadership and departments across Marketing, Community Operations, and Resident Experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or community management.
- Track record of high performance in new business development.
- A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be willing to travel weekly as needed for on-site meetings at corporate, communities, Board meetings, sales presentations, etc.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, motor vehicle check, and credit check.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior relationship-building skills
- Strong financial acumen relevant to the economic impact of community management
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Adherence to sales strategy and management of CRM as a single source of truth
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and accountable
- Confident in navigating ambiguity and driving innovation
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal tact
- Adaptable with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
