Internal Communications Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and deliver internal communications that enhance employee awareness, alignment, and engagement
- Design and produce branded communication materials, including newsletters, presentations, infographics, announcements, and campaign assets
- Manage and maintain internal communication platforms, including SharePoint, ensuring content is current, organized, and user-friendly
- Translate complex or technical information into clear, concise, and visually engaging content for diverse audiences
- Partner with leadership, Human Resources, and cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and communication needs
- Plan and execute communication strategies to support company-wide campaigns, events, and culture initiatives
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all internal communications
- Identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness, accessibility, and overall employee experience
- Monitor engagement and feedback to continuously enhance communication strategies and approaches
- Contribute to the development of a strong organizational narrative that supports transparency and culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related role
- Experience supporting employee engagement or culture initiatives within a corporate environment
- Strong visual design skills with demonstrated experience in layout, branding, and digital storytelling
- Advanced proficiency in Canva and experience creating high-quality digital communication assets
- Experience managing SharePoint or similar internal communication platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
