About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for ensuring excellence in the logistical journey of event guests
- Managing everything from ticket issuance and accommodation arrangements to on-trip support
- Serves as the primary point of contact for speakers and VIP guests
- Ensures accuracy in service and efficiency in the management of logistical costs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Tourism, Public Relations, Executive Secretariat, Events, or related fields
- Previous experience in travel agencies or customer service (focused on corporate travel/events)
- Comfortable using data management tools and spreadsheets
- Intermediate English
- Availability to travel
