About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Full management of the submission process: platform setup, definition of evaluation criteria with the scientific committee, and ongoing support for authors
  • Organizing and assigning submissions to reviewers, actively monitoring deadlines and issuing structured follow-ups for outstanding items
  • Consolidating review outcomes (accepted, rejected, highlighted) and sending the corresponding official communications
  • Supporting the development of the scientific program for sessions dedicated to submissions: posters, oral presentations, and awards
  • Reviewing and standardizing approved content prior to inclusion in the event schedule
  • Monitoring process KPIs and producing status reports for leadership
  • Liaising with logistics, technology, and production teams to ensure operational alignment during the event

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent)
  • Preferably experience with scientific or academic events
  • Experience with process management
  • Availability to travel and work on-site at events
