About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design the components of a cyber defense and cyber resilience service offering, independently or in partnership
- Ensure program governance and oversee the implementation of the solutions
- Lead recruitment of staff and ensure optimal allocation of resources across all implemented solutions
- Represent the programs in educational and communication activities, independently or jointly with natural partners (ANSSI, Chambers of Commerce and Industry, metropolitan authorities, regional authorities, …)
- Maintain liaison with state bodies, ANSSI, prefectures, and ministerial services
- Identify international partnership opportunities
- Contribute to service delivery, notably training (subject-matter expert/trainer)
- Support deployment of these solutions within — and in alignment with — the security hub
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced degree (e.g., engineering) in information systems, telecommunications, or cybersecurity
- At least 15 years' experience supporting public entities and deploying services for businesses
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cyber defense, and defense ecosystems
- Experience in designing or managing complex service offerings is highly valued
- Ability to navigate complex public/private environments
