About the role
- Create clear, engaging, and learner-centered content for e-learning modules in Portuguese, using provided source materials and AI tools
- Transform various source materials (recordings, documentations) on topics around sports industry into learning content tailored for professionals at sports organizations
- Build and structure content using AI-powered authoring tools
- Collaborate with our production team and subject-matter experts and apply feedback to refine storyboards and flow
- Leverage AI tools to enhance creativity, consistency, and efficiency in content creation
Requirements
- Native or native-level Portuguese language skills
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Experience in instructional design, learning content writing, or educational storytelling
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or similar
- Prior experience or strong interest in the sports industry
- Open and curious mindset with enthusiasm for exploring how AI can enhance learning design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote team settings
