About the role
- Create clear, engaging, and learner-centered content for e-learning modules in Portuguese, using provided source materials and AI tools.
- Transform various source materials (recordings, documentation) on topics related to the sports industry into learning content tailored for professionals at sports organizations.
- Build and structure content using AI-powered authoring tools.
- Collaborate with our production team and subject-matter experts, and apply feedback to refine storyboards and learning flow.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance creativity, consistency, and efficiency in content creation.
Requirements
- Native or native-level Portuguese language skills.
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
- Experience in instructional design, learning content writing, or educational storytelling.
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or similar.
- Prior experience or a strong interest in the sports industry.
- Open and curious mindset with enthusiasm for exploring how AI can enhance learning design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote team settings.
