About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the centralized analytics and data governance function within Revenue Operations
  • Own the analytics foundation that enables consistent performance visibility and stronger forecast accuracy
  • Set analytics strategy, data governance standards, and team operating rhythms
  • Build a high-performing organization across data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence
  • Partner with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Revenue Systems, Finance, Strategy, and Enterprise Technology
  • Lead the Revenue Analytics function as the source of truth for revenue and customer performance data
  • Set the strategy for building a unified, governed analytics layer
  • Lead the data engineering function responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines
  • Own the data governance framework for commercial analytics
  • Lead the development of dashboards, performance analytics, and standardized reporting
  • Build and develop a strong analytics organization, creating clear standards and growth opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in analytics, revenue operations, business intelligence, or data strategy leadership within a commercial environment
  • 7+ years leading analytics or data teams
  • Deep experience with BI and analytics platforms (Tableau, Salesforce, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with CRM data structures (Salesforce, Gainsight)
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools
  • Strong understanding of data engineering concepts
  • Experience designing and implementing data governance frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a matrixed environment
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, insurance technology, or multi-market commercial organizations strongly preferred
  • Strong executive communication skills
  • Track record of building high-performing teams
