About the role
- Responsible for selling the complete line of CCC products and related services to both customers and prospects.
- Manage personal business expenses within company approved guidelines.
- Maintain proficiency on CCC’s complete product suite to effectively articulate its value, provide technical assistance and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work with sales management to create annual revenue forecasts and expense budgets for assigned territory.
- Implement required sales process and maintain proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) maintenance including activity tracking, pipeline management and capturing competitive intel.
- Analyze industry trends, understand the competitive landscape, and generate plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Develop Regional MSO sales plans that are consistent with short-range and long-range objectives.
- Support the Automotive Service Group’s National Account Team as they develop and execute on account plans.
- Collaborate with Client Solution Advisor (CSA) and Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to maximize revenue growth and drive customer retention.
- Assist with customer retention efforts to achieve overall revenue growth initiatives.
- Attend trade shows, conventions, and association meetings.
- Conduct weekly team calls/reports detailing sales, customer trends, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated competency in related technical field or equivalent in industry experience
- Minimum of 3 years of direct selling experience
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to Rochester MN, Eau Claire WI, Minneapolis / St. Paul MN, or central WI
