About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services
Assist customers with order processing, account management, cancellations, and complaints
Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing-related documentation accurately
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues professionally
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and additional customer support when appropriate
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and customer experience excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Native or near-native Italian (C2 level)
Good English communication skills (B2 level)
At least 6 months of experience in customer service, retail, or a similar customer-facing role
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Previous experience in cross-selling is considered an advantage
