About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services
  • Assist customers with order processing, account management, cancellations, and complaints
  • Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing-related documentation accurately
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues professionally
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and additional customer support when appropriate
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and customer experience excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native or near-native Italian (C2 level)
  • Good English communication skills (B2 level)
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service, retail, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Previous experience in cross-selling is considered an advantage
