About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat to Italian-speaking customers.
- Assist with inquiries about products, services, warranties, and technical support.
- Provide effective, professional, and efficient solutions.
- Accurately document and manage customer interactions.
- Act as a true brand ambassador, maintaining the prestige and values of a globally respected automotive company.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Italian at C1 level (native or near-native proficiency).
- English at B2 level (intermediate to upper-intermediate).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Good computer skills and adaptability to different tools and platforms.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece if not already residing there (relocation fully supported).
