About the role
- Assist customers in Danish with booking inquiries, travel arrangements, and support requests
- Provide accurate information about flights, accommodation, and travel services
- Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests in line with company policies
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service across phone, chat, and email
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
- Work remotely from within Estonia and participate in company training and team activities
Requirements
- Native or C1/C2 level in Danish
- Minimum B2 level in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Must already be based in Estonia (remote work permitted)
- If moving from abroad, must confirm relocation status (“Yes, I will be moving on my own” or “I don’t need relocation support”)
- Availability to work Monday–Friday 09:00–20:00 and Saturday–Sunday 10:00–19:00, 365 days a year (including bank holidays)
