About the role
- Identify & attract top talent using creative sourcing methods (70% active sourcing)
- Conduct interviews & assess candidates' qualifications
- Follow up the operation plan with the team leader to understand hiring needs and USPs
- Manage candidate pipelines & maintain strong communication with candidates & clients
- Draft and post engaging job ads (30% passive sourcing)
Requirements
- Fluent English (interviews in English)
- 6+ months of recruitment/talent sourcing experience
- Proficient with sourcing tools, job boards & networks
- 30+ hrs/week availability
- Resilient, positive, target-driven
- Financially secure (pay per hire, no fixed salary)
- Not currently working with any recruitment agency
