Review user-generated content (text, images, and videos) to identify and remove inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content (e.g., hate speech, graphic content, policy violations).
Enforce platform policies to ensure a safe and positive user experience.
Escalate serious content violations to the appropriate teams.
Provide valuable feedback on content trends and help improve moderation procedures.
Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality content moderation and consistency across platforms.
Requirements
Fluent Norwegian (written and spoken) and good English skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, accurate decisions
Comfortable handling sensitive content and maintaining professionalism under pressure
Good time management and organizational skills
No prior experience required – training will be provided
