About the role
- Moderate content across various platforms, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and company standards.
- Review user-generated content (text, images, and videos) to identify and remove inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content (e.g., hate speech, graphic content, policy violations).
- Enforce platform policies to ensure a safe and positive user experience.
- Escalate serious content violations to the appropriate teams.
- Provide valuable feedback on content trends and help improve moderation procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality content moderation and consistency across platforms.
Requirements
- Fluent Norwegian (written and spoken) and good English skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, accurate decisions
- Comfortable handling sensitive content and maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Good time management and organizational skills
- No prior experience required – training will be provided
