  • Enforce platform policies to ensure a safe and positive user experience.
  • Escalate serious content violations to the appropriate teams.
  • Provide valuable feedback on content trends and help improve moderation procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality content moderation and consistency across platforms.

Requirements

  • Fluent Norwegian (written and spoken) and good English skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, accurate decisions
  • Comfortable handling sensitive content and maintaining professionalism under pressure
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • No prior experience required – training will be provided
