About the role
- Assist clients with implementing and configuring Sage Intacct successfully along with other third-party applications that may be a part of the project.
- Configure and support both Sage Intacct core financial modules and advanced modules based on client needs and best practices.
- Manage the complete project from kick-off to go-live.
- Train end-users on Sage Intacct.
- Provide support to our clients.
- Provide input and contribute to the development of processes and best practices with our team.
- Coordinate with vendors for presale demos and other assistance where applicable.
- Manage and maintain demo environments for selected products.
- Serve as a functional subject matter expert on Sage Intacct capabilities and assist team members with more complex configurations when needed.
- This role is expected to be ~70% billable and will participate in client implementation and support projects for our financial solutions practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Achieve professional certifications relative to area of expertise, must have and preserve required licenses
- Must possess analytical skills
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
