About the role

  • Assist with international tax research, documentation, and compliance-related projects
  • Support monitoring and compliance efforts by gathering, organizing, and reviewing information related to multinational structures and transactions
  • Assist in preparing internal memos, tax structuring decks, summaries of technical guidance, and client-facing documentation
  • Help prepare meeting materials and take notes for key team meetings
  • Respond to inquiries and provide administrative and project support to the ITS team
  • Contribute to internal communications, including drafting content for reports, summaries, or knowledge-sharing materials
  • Participate in firmwide training sessions and process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with industry leaders and subject matter experts on special projects
  • Shadow team members to gain exposure to cross-border tax issues, research processes, and compliance workflows
  • Work effectively within a distributed, remote team environment

Requirements

  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, research and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
  • Ability to multi-task, think independently and problem solve in a results driven team oriented environment
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong computer and technical skills including, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, intranet and tax software
