About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the administration of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) compliance activities in alignment with NASBA, state board regulations, and other applicable standards
- Coordinate and help maintain CPE compliance processes, procedures, and communications to drive regulatory adherence and improve the associate experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date learning and compliance records within learning management systems and tracking tools
- Assist with CPE audits, reporting, and documentation to support internal and external regulatory requirements
- Partner with internal stakeholders across HR, talent, and service lines to ensure timely and accurate completion of CPE requirements
- Monitor compliance data and identify discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
- Contribute to process improvements and enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and user experience
- Support regulatory readiness efforts, including documentation preparation and audit response coordination
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, HR, education, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience supporting compliance, learning administration, or professional education programs
- Strong understanding of CPE requirements, NASBA standards, or professional licensing regulations preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage large sets of compliance data
- Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and reporting tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
